You Do Not Want to Lose Weight!

Sorry for being so blunt but the truth of the matter is that most people don’t like change. Change means that they have to be removed from their comfort zone. They have to alter their routines, daily habits and lifestyles and most people will do anything to avoid such a dilemma.

I know some people very close to me that complain about their weight and they even realise that this may be the cause of some of their medical conditions. I tell them that by changing their eating and drinking habits and by taking more care in what they do with their bodies that they will be able to reverse the effects on bodies and they even agree with me! However they don’t like change. They realise that they are probably contributing to their suffering but do not wish to make the effort and change their lifestyle to control their overweight problem, which will most likely also help their medical conditions.

They don’t want to lose weight bad enough.

I really hope you don’t have the same mindset. You can make a difference just like these people. But it is up to one person and one person only to make a change and that is YOU!
