A recent study from a University in Perth, Australia has shown that a higher intake of diary combined with a low calorie diet can help weight loss.
The study compared two groups of people with one group having 5 serves of diary per day and the other only 3 serves. The diary products included a glass of milk, a tub of yogurt and a portion of cheese and the size of the study was on 80 people.
Not only did the 12 week study show a decrease in abdominal fat loss in the higher diary intake group but they also benefited from a reduced blood pressure.
Overall this study highlights a very simple way of reducing your tummy fat which can sometimes be a difficult spot to target when trying to burn fat!
